Catan Equipment Sales (CES) is a New York based Manufacturing Representative & Engineering Firm founded by Susan & Chris Catan in 1988. CES has been committed to providing its clients with cutting edge equipment and solutions for over 30 years. With their many years of experience, CES is able to understand the complex issues surrounding building’s mechanical design and are able to work as trusted advisor to their clients to help solve these challenges.

As trusted advisors, CES is always striving to improve by finding new ways to innovate and to remain in the front of a changing industry. CES continues to seek new high efficiency products & solutions to enhance customer’s facilities. Team members of CES work hard everyday to earn the trust of the mechanical engineering & contracting community by standing behind these principles.

CES cares very much about making a positive impact on the environment. Many of their products are prequalified for LEED Points, EPAct, Federal and NYS Energy Tax credits have been utilized in a number of prominent Green Certified Projects. CES strives to find new engineered techniques to reduce the foot print and energy consumption of its client’s facilities.

Susan Catan started the firm in 1988 and has been the majority owner since the companies inception. Therefore, CES is a WBE and is able to assist on public project’s with minority ownership goals.
